1.  What Users Can and Cannot Do

By downloading and using Ayni Wellness App, you agree to use it responsibly and in alignment with its purpose: supporting your personal wellness, spiritual growth, and inner development.

What You CAN Do

• Access all features included in your free or subscription plan (meditations, sound healing, journaling, podcasts).
• Create and manage a personal account for your individual use.
• Download or stream content made available for offline use within the app.
• Share your personal progress, reflections, and experiences from the app on social media for non-commercial purposes, with attribution to Ayni.
• Contact our support team for help, feedback, or questions at any time.
• Cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.

What You CANNOT Do

• Share, resell, or redistribute any content from the app — including meditations, sound healing sessions, journaling prompts, or podcast episodes — without written permission.
• Use the app for commercial purposes, group facilitation, or public performances without a separate license agreement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract any content, software, or data from the app.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass subscription limits or access free trials more than once.
• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any interactive feature of the app.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its servers or interfere with other users' experience.
• Represent Ayni Wellness or Alma y Tierra Foundation without express written authorization.

Ayni is a sacred Quechua concept of reciprocity. We ask all users to engage with this platform and its content in a spirit of respect and integrity.

2.  How Subscriptions Work

Ayni Wellness App offers both a free tier and premium subscription plans that unlock the full library of content and features.

Available Plans

• Free Plan: Access to a curated selection of meditations, one journaling template, and select podcast episodes at no charge.
• Monthly Subscription: Full access to all content, renewed automatically each month.
• Annual Subscription: Full access to all content at a discounted rate, renewed automatically each year.

How It Works

• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's in-app purchase system on the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A free trial, if offered, converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You will not receive a separate notification before each automatic renewal — please set a reminder if needed.
• Subscription prices may change. We will notify users of price changes in advance via email or in-app notice.

All subscription billing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment card details. For billing issues, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.  Payment Rules & Refund Policy

Payment Rules

• All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. Alma y Tierra Foundation does not store or process payment information directly.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes as determined by Apple.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method for the selected plan.
• If a payment fails, Apple may retry the charge. Your access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
• Promotional pricing or discount codes, when offered, are valid for new subscribers only and for a single billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

Because Ayni Wellness App is distributed through the Apple App Store, all refund requests are subject to Apple's standard refund policy:

• Refunds must be requested directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com within the timeframe allowed by Apple (typically 14 days of purchase).
• We do not issue refunds directly. Alma y Tierra Foundation cannot process refunds outside of Apple's system.
• Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not available.
• If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at billing@almaytierra.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Free trial periods are non-refundable once converted to a paid subscription if the trial was used.

We stand behind the quality of Ayni. If you are unsatisfied with your experience for any reason, please reach out to us before requesting a refund — we are happy to help.

4.  Cancellation & Account Termination

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

• To cancel, go to: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, and select Ayni Wellness App.
• Alternatively, cancel through the Manage Subscriptions section in the App Store.
• After cancellation, you will retain full access to premium content until the end of your current paid period.
• Once the paid period ends, your account reverts to the Free Plan. Your data and account are not deleted.
• Cancelling a free trial before it converts will immediately end your trial access.

Deleting Your Account

You have the right to permanently delete your Ayni account and all associated personal data at any time.

• Submit a deletion request by emailing privacy@almaytierra.org with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request,' including the email associated with your account.
• We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
• Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your profile data, journal entries, progress history, and preferences will be erased.
• If you have an active subscription at the time of deletion, please cancel it first through Apple to avoid future charges — account deletion does not automatically cancel billing.

Termination by Ayni

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of content, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our team or community. In such cases:

• We will notify you by email before termination where possible.
• No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
• Decisions may be appealed by contacting support@almaytierra.org within 14 days.

We hope your relationship with Ayni is long and nourishing. If you ever need a pause, you can cancel anytime and return when you are ready — your account will be waiting for you.
